Eggs pack a powder nutritional punch!
I like to load half my quiche with tuna and cottage cheese and the other half with spinach and feta (and bacon if hubby has been good)
3 eggs
1 onion chopped
4 Tbls parslepy chopped
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese
salt and pepper
Mix it all together and pop it in the oven for 20-30mins on 180 degrees
Serve with organic salad
* You can add whatever you like to this
