Pork Fillet Casserole

pork fillet cut into bite size pieces


2 cloves garlic

15ml paprika

250ml veg stock powder and water

1 tins chopped tomato

5ml xylitol

1 handful fresh parsley chopped

Fry the pork in avo oil until browned.

Season and set aside

Saute onions and garlic and add the paprika

Return the pork to the pan and pour in the stock, tomatoes and xylitol

Bring to boil and then reduce heat and simmer for about 15mins until sauce has thickened

Season to taste and stir in fresh parsley


Serve with steamed veg
