Gourmet burger gone paleo

This meal excites me!!!!
We have connect group so we may substitute the burger for shredded chicken and wraps for those carb lovers.

For the burger “bun”

  • 1 c cauliflower processed in food processor until resembles bread crumbs
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup ground mix nuts (optional)
  • 2-3 free range eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tps dried herbs
  • salt and pepper

In a pan heat some coconut oil and add the cauli, garlic and onion until slighty browned
Beat eggs in a bowl and add to the cauli mixture. Mix in the remaining ingredients
Stir well
Grease a baking tray and spoon the mixture into rounds on the tray.
Use a bun-sized bowl or cup to shape the mixture into rounds
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins

Cook burger patties in a pan (beef/ostrich/venison/bacon burger patties available at Abundant Life Wholefoods)

Serve the patties between 2 “buns”
Add slices of chedder, sliced tomato, lettuce and a dollop of organic YoMayo (also in the shop)
