Boboeti with cumin roasted veg

1 onion chopped

2 cloves garlic

1tsp tumeric

2 tsp masala curry powder

1 tsp cumin

Fry the above together until fragrant and soft

Add the venison mince and cook until browned

Add 1 grated apple

2Tbls chutney

1 Tsp whole fruit apricot jam

1 Tbl Worstershire sauce

2 T vinegar

Cook until all is soft and cooked through.

Spoon into a greased dish

Whisk together

2-4 eggs

150ml plain yoghurt

150ml whole organic milk

Salt and pepper

Pour over the mince and place 3 bay leaves over the top

Bake in oven for about 30mins at 180


ace a selection of seasonal veg on a baking tray drizzle with avo oil and cumin seeds

Roast in oven until tender
