For this meal you can opt for either organic brown basmati rice or cauli rice
Boil your rice or prep your cauli rice
20ml soya sauce (available in the shop)
1 tsp honey
15ml macadamia nut or avo oil
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic grated
1 red chille (optional)
125g bacon diced
250ml frozen peas
2 carrot peeled and grated
Spring onion sliced
2 eggs lightly beaten handful of fresh coriander chopped
Mix soya sauce and honey
Heat oil in a pan or wok and saute onion, garlic and chilli
Add the bacon and fry until crisp.
Add the veggies and cook for 3 mins
Add the rice and heat until warm
Make a well in the centre and add the eggs
Fry for 2 mins until egg starts to set then mix through the rice
Add the sauce to the mixture and stir
Serve with coriander
