Venison mince boboeti with baked sweet potato stuffed with organic cream cheese & chives

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1tsp tumeric
  • 2 tsp masala curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Fry the above together until fragrant and soft
Add the venison mince and cook until browned

  • Add 1 grated apple
  • 2Tbls chutney
  • 1 Tsp whole fruit apricot jam
  • 1 Tbl Worstershire sauce
  • 2 T vinegar

Cook until all is soft and cooked through.
Spoon into a greased dish

Whisk together

  • 2-4 eggs
  • 150ml plain yoghurt
  • 150ml whole organic milk
  • Salt and pepper

Pour over the mince and place 3 bay leaves over the top
Bake in oven for about 30mins at 180
