Boboeti:
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1tsp tumeric
- 2 tsp masala curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin
Fry the above together until fragrant and soft
Add the venison mince and cook until browned
- Add 1 grated apple
- 2Tbls chutney
- 1 Tsp whole fruit apricot jam
- 1 Tbl Worstershire sauce
- 2 T vinegar
Cook until all is soft and cooked through.
Spoon into a greased dish
Whisk together
- 2-4 eggs
- 150ml plain yoghurt
- 150ml whole organic milk
- Salt and pepper
Pour over the mince and place 3 bay leaves over the top
Bake in oven for about 30mins at 180
