I whipped this up for us one evening when we were starving and I had a delicious pork fillet waiting to be made into something irresistible.
ENJOY~
1 onion sliced
1 clove fresh garlic grated
1/2 punnet mushrooms sliced
1 pork fillet sliced into chunks
2 tsp paprika
herb salt
1/2 cup white wine
1 Tbl veg stock powder mixed with 1 cup water
1 Tbls organic apricot jam
1 Tbls oat bran
Saute onion and garlic
Add the mushroom and cook
Add the prok fillet and sprinkle the paparika and herb salt.
Cook until browned
Add the wine and veg stock
Simmer for 10mins
Mix the oat bran and apricot jam in a cup and add a bit of water.
Add to the pork.
Cook until thickened
