Pork Fillet stuffed with spinach & feta

1 pork fillet

1-2 bag spinach wash and chopped

1 round feta

250g bacon


Slice your pork fillet in half.

Gently cook the spinach until wilted and mix in the feta

Layer the spinach mixture over the fillet and roll it up.

Cover with the bacon

Secure with toothpicks in you need

Bake in oven for about 30mins until cooked
