Wonderful whip up for a Friday evening.
Grab those chop sticks and savour the meal!
1 pork fillet chopped into thin slices
1 onion
a mix of seasonal veg that go well in a wok.
Heat a splash on avo oil in your wok or pan.
Add the onions and fillet strips
Brown
Add the veggies and toss
Mix the following for an Asian tang sauce:
1 tsp tomato paste
1 Tbl soya sauce
1Tbls rice wine vinegar
1 Tbl organic plum jam/2 tsp xylitol
Add a bit of water if its too thick.
Pour over the stir fry just before serving!!!!
