Pan-seared venison rump with massive mushroom stuffed with fresh spinach & feta

This really could not be any easier and more delicious!

  • Venison rump
  • Giant mushroom
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 bunches fresh spinach
  • feta cheese
  • black pepper

Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Place the mushrooms on a baking tray drizzled with avo oil.
place mushroom in oven and bake for 10mins. Remove from oven
Chop the spinach and place it on top of the mushroom followed by a generous crumbling of feta
Bake in oven until feta is melted and spinach is wilted

In the mean time heat pan on the stove and melt a bit of butter
Season the rump with herb salt
Sear the rump evenly to your desired doneness.

Done and dusted!
