- 1kg stewing beef
- 1onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup veg stock
- chopped carrots
- 1 cup organic red wine
- 3 Tbls dried parsley
Heat some coconut oil in a pan and brown the meat
Remove and saute the onion and garlic
Add the meat back into the pan.
I have a slow cooker so this goes on now
To the meat add the paprika, chopped carrots and veg stock
Add the wine and parsley
Season with pepper and salt if needed.
Place in slow cooker until meat is tender or leave to simmer on the stove
Serve with Cauli rice
