Good Old Spag Bol with marrow noodles

This meal certainly hits the spot & I don’t think I know anyone who doesn’t gobble down spag bol!Logo5.-minipng

I’m not a great red meat eater myself, so at Abundant Life we have options…. ostrich mince, venison mince, beef mince

(chicken mince will be in at the end of the month/ early September)

 

1 onion chopped

2 cloves garlic grated

500g mince

8 chopped fresh tomatoes

50g tomato paste

a splash of red wine

2 grated carrots

salt and pepper

1 tsp veg stock powder

 

Saute onion and garlic

Add the mince and brown

Add the remaining ingredients and leave to simmer for 30mins or longer if you have time.

Make your marrow noodles by using a peeler and peeling into thin strips

Stir fry in a pan with coconut oil and salt and pepper.

 

And there you have it, dinner done!

You can also serve on mash if you like
