Add the tomato paste and tin tomatoes and allow to simmer for about 20mins (add water if you need)
Add the parlsey and veg
Allow to simmer for 20mins
Cheese Sauce:
- 2 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp oat bran
- 1 tsp stock powder or herb salt
- 1 cup grated organic cheese
Heat milk in a pan
Make paste with oat bran and stock powder
Add paste to the steaming milk
Stir until thickend and add half the cheese
Layer the mince, then using a peeler make ribbons with a few baby marrows to use as your “pasta”
Then cheese sauce and repeat as many times as you like
Top with remaining cheese and bake in oven for 30 mins
