- 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 green apple cored and grated
- 2 carrots grated
- 50ml sunflower seeds
- 30ml chopped hazelnuts
- 125ml cranberries chopped
- 50ml pomegrante seeds
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- ground cinnamon to serve
- raw honey to serve
Put the broccoli florets into a food processor and chop finely.
Do the same with the cauliflower
Combine the other ingredients. Stir to coat.
Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of raw honey
