Who doesnt like a good curry every now and then!
- 45ml masala curry powder
- 125ml oat bran
- 1 kg chicken breasts cut into strips (500g if you feeding less people)
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 tin whole peeled tomatoes
- 500ml full cream organic greek yoghurt
- Handful of coriander
Mix 30ml of the masala and oat bran and season with salt and pepper.
Roll the chicken strips in the masala oat bran mix
Heat avo oil and fry the chicken for about 5 mins until browned.
Saute the onions and garlic
Add the tomatoes, remaing masala and chicken
Simmer for 20 mins
Stir in the yoghurt and coriander just before serving.
Serve with a fresh salad
