Chicken Schnitzel with cheese sauce and crispy salad greens

Dinner could not be easier!

Whack oven on to 200 degree

Cut sweet potatoes into wedges, drizzle with avo oil and salt

Roast in the oven.

For the cheese sauce:

2 cups organic milk

1 Tbls oat bran

1/2 grated cheese

1 tsp vegetable stock powder


Heat milk

Make a paste with oat bran and veg stock powder

add paste to hot milk and stir

Add the cheese


Heat pan on stove and fry schnitzels until golden and crispy
