For egg wraps simply whish 3 eggs in a jug season with salt and pepper or herb salt
Pour some of the mixture into a heated pan and swirl around the pan (like you would a pancake)
Cook on both sides
Fry 1 chopped onions (i like mine in rings for a change)
Add the beef strips and cook until browned.
Season with herb salt
Serve the wraps with cream cheese/YoMayo/guacomole and lots of fresh salad greens
Dinner done and dusted!
